How Sessions Flow
Every session starts with a short check-in — what's on your mind, where your body is asking for support, and what you'd like to walk away with: relief, recovery, ease, or a deeper sense of connection.
From there I blend hands-on work with breath and awareness to support your whole system. You'll leave feeling lighter, more aware, and with a few simple things you can do to look after yourself between sessions.
Relaxation Massage
Restore calm. Drift into balance. Long, flowing strokes and gentle pressure to quiet the mind and ease everyday tension. Ideal for stress relief, deep rest, or if you're new to bodywork.

Deep Tissue & Fascia Release Massage
Release tension that runs deep. Firm pressure and slow, intentional work to free up chronic tightness, improve circulation, and restore natural movement. It can feel intense in the moment, but most clients leave with clear relief and a new sense of openness.
Best for: chronic pain, tight or "stuck" muscles, recovery

MER Deep Release Session
Profound release. Lasting change. Myofascial Energetic Release (developed by Satyarthi Peloquin) combines focused bodywork with awareness of the nervous-system and emotional layers that shape how your body holds tension. This isn't a regular massage — we work slowly and precisely, not to "fix" symptoms, but to create space where the body can let go of what it's been holding.
Helpful for: tension that keeps returning, stress that feels "stuck," difficulty letting go, or a sense of disconnection from the body.
Each session includes an additional 30 minutes to arrive, hands-on work, and integration, so your system can shift safely rather than being pushed. Because it asks more of both of us, availability is limited.
